Q: What are the Shipping costs and how long it will arrive my hand?
A: We are free shipping all over the UK,FRANCE, And After you Placed order can get an tracking number to track the order status. It normally take 7—10 days arrive your hand.

Q:Are there any additional duties or taxes?

Q: Does nikedunks.me have a satisfaction guarantee?
A: We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product within 7 days of receipt you can send it back to us for refund * All returns and exchanges must be in original new condition with all accessories in new condition. We cannot take back any worn or used products.
The refund handling fees $10 (which charged by bank)will be deducted from your refund.  

Q: What is nikedunks.me Return Policy?
A: We will gladly accept a return in brand new condition. All clothing purchased from nikedunks.me can only be returned in brand new condition with original tags and all applicable accessories. The return must be requested 7 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to nikedunks.me must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved. ***The rates of shipping that are non-refundable.
To Process the Refund you need returned the item back to our Distribution Center which located in New Albany, OH ,USA.
Buyer is fully responsible in paying for the shipping of the returned item back to Distribution Center. (shipping fees normally 35 usd per item)
For international Returns, the buyer  assume the risk of the item being lost in transit and a refund cannot be issued until the item is returned to Distribution Center.
